Story Behind the Image:

“Camouflaged perfectly in the early autumn, snow-covered forest, this young wild stallion paused momentarily. It is such a rare occurrence to see pinto wildies in Alberta and I could not believe my good fortune to come upon such a “Doolittle-esque” composition. I gave the image the name “Scout” as a tip of the hat to the pinto that was ridden by Tonto (played by Canadian Mohawk actor Jay Silverheels) in The Lone Ranger Series from the 1950’s.” Debra Garside
